1. Fortress UK Shipping Disclaimer
   1. All sales transactions and fulfillment are completed and performed in Hong Kong. Removal of used items, installation, warranty, repairs, and other after-sales services are only available within Hong Kong. You acknowledge that Fortress is not in any way marketing any products for sales out of Hong Kong.
   2. If you use a third-party logistics service for overseas shipment of your product, you expressly agree to release Fortress to the extent permissible under applicable laws from all liabilities related to the shipment overseas and for using the products out of Hong Kong.
   3. You understand that you will be entering into a separate shipping agreement with the third-party logistics service provider in your own capacity for shipment of your product overseas. You will be responsible for all customs declarations, clearances, import duties, taxes, customs fees and other charges that may be levied on your shipment. Please note that you will be the importer on record for the shipment, and you are responsible for ensuring the products ordered can be lawfully imported to your destination country. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your third-party logistics service provider or the customs office of your destination country. Any disputes arising therefrom shall be resolved and directed to your logistics service provider.

2. Voltage and Plug Notice
   1. 1. Products sold by Fortress comply with local specifications, safety standards and requirements. 4. Shipping Fees & Taxes

5. Estimated Delivery Time
