2. On the checkout page, enter the delivery address and select the "Express" delivery time slot.
3. If the checkout page does not display "Express" time slots after entering your address, it indicates that there is insufficient stock at the shipping point in your area to provide express delivery. Please choose another standard delivery time slot.

What products are eligible for express delivery service?
• The express delivery service is applicable to small and medium-sized products and does not currently support large appliances or fragile items (e.g., cameras, mobile phones, computers, etc.). Please refer to the "Delivery Method" section on the product page for details.

Does the express delivery service operate as usual on Sundays or public holidays?
• The express delivery service is available from Monday to Sunday, between 2 PM and 10 PM (except for the first three days of the Lunar New Year).

Why are "Express" time slots not displayed on the checkout page?
• If the checkout page does not display "Express" time slots, it indicates that there is insufficient stock at the shipping point in your area to provide express delivery. Please choose another standard delivery time slot.

If I need to change the delivery address, date, time, add additional items, or change already purchased items, what should I do?
• If you choose the express local delivery service, you will not be able to change any order details, including delivery address, date, time, and products in the order. For any inquiries, please call the Fortress customer service hotline at 2555-5788.
