How to Buy

You can purchase the above products at the EDU discount through the following three methods, including:

Direct Order on Fortress eShop Order via Fortress eShop and pick up at selected stores [Only applicable to qualified students and who already have a Fortress eShop student account] If you need disposal services for discarded electrical appliances, please go directly to the store to purchase.。
Step 1	Register as a Fortress member with your student email to create a student account. (Registration Guide)。 [If you already have an account, you can skip this step]
Step 2	Log in to your student account and choose your Apple products. [EDU Discount Price price will be displayed on the product page after logging in.]
Step 3	At checkout, select "Student" in the cart and verify with a code. [Please make sure you still have an Apple discount quota]
Step 4	After receiving the pickup notification, go to the designated 32 Stores(Store List)and present the following documents: (1) Order confirmation email (2) The buyer’s valid student certification document# (3) The email address* provided by the school is used to receive an electronic statement
Step 5	Staff will confirm eligibility for pickup. Upon pickup, the item must be unboxed on-site and connected to WiFi for activation.

Terms and Conditions

Purchasers who are eligible for EDU discounts
(1) Faculty:
Kindergartens, primary schools and secondary schools: any employee of public or private kindergartens, primary schools and secondary schools in Hong Kong and Macau
Universities, and tertiary institutions: teaching staff of universities or tertiary institutions in Hong Kong and Macau

(2) Students
Current and admitted students from universities and colleges in Hong Kong and Macau

Purchase quantity
Eligible persons may purchase the following quantities of products at EDU discounts each year. Not all products have special EDU discounts.
• Desktop computers: One (1) per year
• Mac mini: One (1) per year
• Laptops: One (1) per year
• iPads: Two (2) available per year
• Accessories: Purchase two (2) accessories per year with education discount,
In case of any dispute, Fortress reserves the right to make the final decision.

Required Documents
*Buyer's Valid student or faculty identification document:
It must be a physical ID card for full-time students or faculty members, displaying the full name of the qualifying institution, the student or faculty ID number, the purchaser's photo and full name, and a valid date. (A validity date on the faculty ID is not mandatory, but if present, it must be within the valid period).
#School-provided email address:
Customers must provide an email address issued by their school (not a personal email e.g. @gmail, @yahoo, or @me; the domain must be associated with the school, its abbreviation, or a school-approved name). If the declaration email is not received and verified, the discount cannot be applied.
