Remark:
Dismantling of used air-conditioner will only be carried out under safe conditions.
Additional installation charges shall be paid upon completion of the installation.
Any relocation is subject to quotation and charge.
Under certain circumstances, scaffolding shall be required and is subject to quotation and charge.
Two years installation warranty is provided by Fortress; product warranty and repair are provided by the product suppliers according to their terms and conditions.
Two years installation warranty covers air-conditioner supporting rack, silicone for glass seal-up and refrigerant pipe works. It does not cover any air-conditioner foul drain caused by lack of proper and regular routine maintenance. Extra charges may be incurred for product exchange or cleansing.
Pricing will be revised without further notification. Non-listed items charges will be quoted directly on-site.

2: Standard installation service includes: 1) Install outdoor unit on the air conditioning platform; 2) Connect and mount the indoor unit on the wall; 3) 5 meters surface refrigerant pipe with pipe insulator and 5 meters surface drain pipe; 4) Two-year installation warranty. 4: Due to the complexity of installing split air-con, if you require installation service, we must first arrange site survey. We will schedule this visit two working days after your order is placed (if a change is needed, please contact our customer service department). If installation cannot proceed after the assessment, we will cancel your order and refund the balance after deducting a site survey fee of HK$100 (for Discovery Bay, outlying islands, restricted areas, and remote areas, the fee is HK$200).

Please ensure the distance between cookerhood and induction cooker is at least 600mm (distance between cookerhood and gas cooker is at least 700mm). If the distance is smaller than expected, supplier may reject to provide installation service due to safety concerns.
