Purchase any designated computer product at Fortress and get a free "Computer Data Transfer Service (Same Platform)" (first 100GB of computer data) once; or pay HK$300 to participate in the "Computer Data Transfer Service (Same Platform)" (first 100GB of computer data) once. If the computer data exceeds the first 100GB, an additional service fee (HK$200) will be charged, with a maximum limit of 500GB. The course includes data backup teaching, so customers need to bring their own external storage device or purchase one on the spot.

- The service is only applicable for same-platform data transfers (Apple Mac to Mac or Windows to Windows) and does not support cross-platform transfers or products other than Apple Mac/Windows (e.g., mobile phones, tablets, gaming consoles, etc.).
- The duration of the service depends on the computer’s storage capacity and actual conditions.
- Please arrive at the booked store 10-15 minutes before your appointment. If you are late by 30 minutes or more, you will need to log in again with your Fortress iClub account and rebook.
- To modify or cancel a booked data transfer service, please notify us via email at ftrproteam@aswatson.com at least 24 hours before the appointment date.
- Relevant fees will be collected by the instructor before the service begins.
