- The duration of the service depends on the phone’s storage capacity and actual conditions.
- Please arrive at the booked store 10-15 minutes before your appointment. If you are late by 30 minutes or more during the appointment slot, you will need to log in again with your Fortress iClub account and rebook.
- Customer Preparation: You must back up your data beforehand.
- To modify or cancel a booked data transfer service, please notify us via email at ftrproteam@aswatson.com at least 24 hours before the appointment date.
- Relevant fees will be collected by the instructor before the service begins.
