The registration process is quick and easy: just log in to the Fortress Pro-Team page, select the course, fill in your personal information, and select the appropriate time and location. A confirmation email will be sent to you after completing the registration.
What is Pro Team One to One Personnal consultation?
Pro Team One to One Personal Consultations providing face-to-face explanations of product function. You will learn everything you can do with your product, from basics and more.
What is a 'Pro Team Data Transfer Services' ?
"Data Transfer Service" includes "Mobile Data Transfer Package" and "[Paid Service] Tablet Data Transfer Service", etc.
Upon purchase of any mobile phone product at Fortress, you are entitled the "Mobile Data Transfer Package" (the first 150GB of mobile data) for free once or pay a fee of HK$300 to join the "Mobile Data Transfer Package" (the first 150GB of mobile data) once. For the first 150GB, an additional service fee (HK$200) will be charged, up to a maximum of 300GB.
What is the "Pro Team Paid Service?
Pro Team Paid Service provided with One on One basis. It cost $200 for each session.
How do I pay for the 'Pro Team Services'?
The relevant fee will be charged by the instructor before the start of the course.
How long does the data transfer service take?
The time of data transfer depends on the model and storage of your mobile devices. For example transfering 50GB of multimedia data (such as photos and videos) takes about 2 hours. Transfering 5GB WhatsApp data takes about 1 hour. For more detail please contact our staffs or Pro Team at store.
Any preparation I need to do before I come for this Data Transfer Service?
We highly recommend that you back up at home for your own good and ensure your new and old devices are fully charged.
How can I know my personal data safe in the data transfer service?
We adhere to rigorous security procedures, carefully storing the data you provide, to prevent it from being used by unauthorized individuals. After the transfer of data is completed, we will initiate a data removal process.
Where are the Pro-Team service locations?
We are at Causeway Bay Times Square and Mong Kok Good Hope Building. Please show your confirmation email and the original receipt of your purchase to the staff prior to the beginning of the service
Any expiry date or limited period on Pro Team Service?
Yes, all offers and services must be used within sic months of the product purchase date. Any unused offer will expire after this period.
How can I change or cancel my reservation?
Yes, welcome to email us with ftrproteam@aswatson.com . We will assist you with the calcellation or date change. Please remember to cancel or request a change at least one hour before the workshop.
