Customers who purchase any mobile phone from Fortress can enjoy one complimentary Mobile Data Transfer Package for up to 150GB of data within six months of the purchase date. Non-Fortress customers may also use the service for HK$300. An additional fee of HK$200 applies to transfers exceeding 150GB, with a maximum transfer limit of 300GB.

The Senior Product Consultation Service offers personalized, one-to-one support for seniors, their families and caregivers.
A Pro-Team specialist will take the time to understand the senior's needs and habits, recommend suitable products, and answer questions about their features and use—helping older adults shop with confidence and giving their families greater peace of mind.
What is the Built-in Appliance Consultation Service?
This professional service is ideal for customers renovating their homes or planning to purchase built-in appliances, such as induction hobs, ovens and range hoods.
A Pro-Team specialist will provide one-to-one guidance to help you measure and assess the available space, compare appliance specifications and performance, and understand what to consider before installation. This support helps you plan your home with confidence and choose the right appliances.
What is the Data Transfer Service?
The Data Transfer Service includes the Mobile Data Transfer Package and Cross-platform WhatsApp Business Data Transfer Service.
Mobile Data Transfer Package
Customers who purchase any mobile phone from Fortress can enjoy one complimentary data transfer service covering the first 150GB of mobile data. Non-Fortress customers may also use the service for HK$300. If the amount of data exceeds 150GB, an additional service fee of HK$200 will apply, with a maximum transfer limit of 300GB.
Cross-platform WhatsApp Business Data Transfer Service (Paid Service)
The service fee is HK$300, covering the first 40GB of WhatsApp Business data. If the amount of data exceeds 40GB, an additional service fee of HK$200 will apply, with a maximum transfer limit of 80GB.
Is there a validity period for the Mobile Data Transfer Package?
Yes. The complimentary Mobile Data Transfer Package must be used within six months from the date of product purchase. The offer will be forfeited if it is not used within this period.
How long does the Data Transfer Service usually take?
The time required for data transfer varies depending on the device, type of data and amount of data being transferred.
In general, transferring approximately 50GB of multimedia data, such as audio files, photos or videos, takes around 2 hours.
For cross-platform WhatsApp data transfer, the time required depends on the number of messages and the size of multimedia files. In general, transferring 100,000 messages or 5GB of multimedia data takes approximately 1 hour.
How do I pay the service fee?
The applicable service fee will be collected by a Pro-Team specialist before the service begins.
What should I prepare before using the Data Transfer Service?
Before using the service, we recommend that you:
Fully charge both your old and new devices;
Back up your data at home in advance to help protect your personal information.
