Why am I unable to leave a review after receiving the goods?
You can choose the products that you need to leave a review for in the email or order records, within 14 days after the order status displays 'Completed'. However, if the product you purchased has been discontinued, you will not be able to leave a product review.
Why am I unable to receive the MoneyBack points after left the review?

All submitted reviews will undergo a system review process, which typically takes 1 to 2 weeks to be approved and displayed on the product page.

Once your review is successfully published, the corresponding MoneyBack points will be credited to your account within 30 days. If you have not received your points after 30 days of your review being published, please provide your details via our Smart Customer Service Assistant for further assistance.

How to delete an account?

Please note that once your MoneyBack or Fortress account is deleted, it cannot be used again, and all previous purchase records and MoneyBack points cannot be recovered.
