* Tai Fung Credit Card x Macau Fortress Up to MOP 180 Spending Rebate Promotion: This promotion is exclusively available to the holders (the “cardholders”) of Tai Fung Credit Card (excluding Commercial Card) (the “eligible credit card”) issued by BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd. (“Card Company”) in Macau Region. To be eligible to enjoy the offers, cardholders must make transactions with an eligible credit card to settle payment. The promotion period runs from 1 February to 31 March 2026 (both dates inclusive, as per transaction date). Please visit www.bochk.com/creditcard/macau/ for the terms and conditions. This promotion is only applicable to all transactions made in Fortress physical stores in Macau using Visa, Master or UnionPay Credit Cards and the online store (www.fortress.com.hk) of Fortress using Visa or Master Credit Cards (“the Merchant”). During the promotion period, the first 60 eligible primary cardholders (based on ID number) with accumulated eligible transaction amounts of MOP/HKD/RMB 3,000.00–6,999.99 (accumulated eligible transaction amounts from multiple eligible credit cards under the same ID number can be combined) will receive one MOP80 spending rebate (hereinafter referred to as the "Reward"). If more than 60 customers qualify for the reward, the customer with the higher accumulated eligible transaction amount will receive the reward. If customers have the same accumulated eligible transaction amount, the customer with the earlier date of accumulating eligible transaction amount will receive the reward. During the promotion period, the first 130 eligible primary cardholders (based on ID number) with accumulated eligible transaction amounts of MOP/HKD/RMB 7,000.00 or more (accumulated eligible transaction amounts from multiple eligible credit cards under the same ID number can be combined) will receive a MOP180 spending rebate (hereinafter referred to as the "Reward"). If more than 130 customers qualify for the reward, those with higher accumulated eligible transaction amounts will receive the Reward first. If customers have the same transaction amount, those with earlier transaction dates will receive the Reward first. If more than 130 customers have accumulated MOP/HKD/RMB 7,000.00 or more, the excess customers will receive an MOP80 rebate first. Eligible transactions are subject to the settings of the credit card international organization/merchant acquiring bank and the card company's system records. Eligible transaction amounts are calculated only based on the actual spending amount (i.e., only the remaining amount after discounts, coupons, or vouchers). Eligible accumulated spending on supplementary cards will be combined with the primary cardholder's account for calculation. Eligible transactions must be successfully posted within 7 days of the transaction date, based on the card company's system records. The card company will not be liable for any delays in transaction processing. Any fraudulent, unauthorized, unsuccessfully posted, cancelled, or refunded transactions are considered invalid. Credit card accounts must be active, valid, and have a good credit history during the promotion period and when rewards are claimed to be eligible for rewards. If a customer violates the cardholder agreement, has a cancelled credit card account, has overdue payments, or has a negative credit history, they will not be eligible for rewards, and the rewards will be automatically cancelled. Spending amounts in MOP/HKD/RMB are calculated on a 1:1:1 basis. Credit card spending rebates will be automatically credited to the eligible customer's primary credit card account on or before 31 May 2026, after the end of the promotion period and will be displayed on the monthly statement. Each customer can only receive MOP80 or MOP180 spending rebates once during the entire promotion period. Cardholders understand and accept that the card company and Tai Fung Bank Co., Ltd. ("Tai Fung Bank") are not the suppliers of the goods/services offered and therefore will not assume any responsibility for the quality of the goods/services; the merchant is solely responsible. The card company, Tai Fung Bank, and the merchant reserve the discretion to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion or revise its terms and conditions. The card company, Tai Fung Bank, and the merchant reserve the final decision-making power. Apart from the cardholder and the card company, no other person has the right to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions or to enjoy any benefit under any provision of these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the Contracts (Third-Party Rights) Ordinance.
