I have collected my order, why can't I leave review?

1) Product review is only available for eShop orders currently.

2) Product review is not applicable for i-Coin redemption products, free gifts, and digital vouchers. If your order contains the above products only, you cannot leave product review for this order.

3) After receiving your order, it takes about 1-2 days to update order status. Once the order status is "Completed", you can make a review. 

I have submitted a review, why there is no MoneyBack Points reward?

You will get the MoneyBack Points reward when your review is approved. Under normal circumstances, you will get the points within a month. Note that no points will be given if leaving inappropriate comment or rating only.
