<Fortress i-Coin Craziest Giveaway Ever> Promotion - Terms and Conditions

Fortress i-Coin is an estamp program launched by Fortress, eligible members can earn i-Coin upon purchase and redeem gifts.

Period of current i-Coin promotion: 1 July 2025 – 30 June 2026
 

For earning i-Coin

1. Fortress i-Coin (hereinafter referred to as i-Coin) issue period for < Fortress Buy and earn i-Coin ，Craziest Giveaway Ever> Promotion is from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026.
2. "Eligible Members": Only Fortress members and MoneyBack App members are qualified for earning i-Coin to redeem gifts.
3. Anyone can join this campaign by registering as a Fortress member/MoneyBack App member before checkout and present your member number (starting with ‘500’) to the staff for record.
4. Eligible members can earn i-Coin by purchasing via both physical stores and online eShop.
5. Eligible members must present the membership QR code in Fortress App or MoneyBack App for any purchase to earn MoneyBack points and i-Coin at the same time. Eligible members can automatically earn i-Coins when purchasing online.
6. When eligible members purchase in physical stores, basic i-Coins will be issued to the member’s account within 2 days. For purchase online, i-Coin will be issued to the member's account within 5 days after the store pickup or Fortress delivery. Extra i-Coins of specific product promotion will be issued to member’s account after making purchase within 7 days.
7. For any member purchases that is not by oneoff payment (such as paying deposit), Fortress will first issue i-Coin based on the deposit amount, and then issue the remaining i-Coin after receiving the balance payment.
8. On a single invoice, 1 i-Coin will be awarded for every $500 net purchase amount on general products, 2 i-Coins will be awarded for $1,000 net purchase amount and so on, and 1 i-Coin will be awarded for every MOP500 net purchase amount in Macau. When purchasing Apple products, 1 i-Coin will be awarded for every $1,000 net purchase amount, 2 i-Coins will be awarded for $2,000 net purchase amount and so on, and 1 i-Coin will be awarded for every MOP1,000 net purchase amount in Macau.  “Net purchase amount” refers to the actual transaction amount to be paid, excluding the value of any MoneyBack points used, the gift coupon or any discount value. The remaining amount after deducting the net purchase amount on general products by a multiple of $500, or on Apple products by a multiple of $1,000, will not be accumulated in any form. 
9. No i-Coin will be given for the following transactions (including basic i-Coin and extra i-Coin for specific product promotion): Alipay/Octopus value-added services, plastic shopping bag environmental levy, purchase of gift coupons, prepaid SIM cards, delivery fees, and other similar service fees, and purchases in 3HK@FORTRESS ShopinShops (except selected products/plans).
10. Each member can only use one member account to earn i-Coin.
11. Members can log in to their personal account on Fortress website/App to check their i-Coin balance.
12. Fortress internal record of member i-Coin balance should be deemed as final.
13. Once the order is cancelled, the i-Coin earned from it will also be cancelled.
14. For any return and refund, members have to return the corresponding i-Coin earned from the cancelled transaction. For any failure of i-Coin return, the return will be considered as incomplete and the return service will not be applicable. However, if i-Coin has been used for gift redemption and cannot be returned, Fortress will deduct the refund amount with the value of i-Coins earned from such transaction at a rate of $40 per i-Coin.
15. i-Coin is not transferable between members.
16. i-Coin earned from current i-Coin promotion will be forfeited after the redemption period of current i-Coin promotion ends, and will not be accumulated and brought forward to next i-Coin promotion.

Notes on Redemption

1. Redemption period for < Fortress Buy and earn i-Coin ，Craziest Giveaway Ever> Promotion is from 8 July 2025 to 7 July 2026.

2. Members must fulfil 2 requirements to redeem a gift: (1) accumulating corresponding number of i-Coin; (2) Accumulating 2 single purchases of HK$1,000 each;. No gift redemption is allowed for members who have less than 2 purchase records or have not made 2 separate purchases of HK$1,000 each even with sufficient i-Coin. 

3. Each member can only redeem one gift once from each tier. All gifts are limited and available on a first come first served basis while stocks last.

4. No cancellation, alteration, nor request of i-Coin return from the company is allowed once the gift redemption is confirmed.

5. All redemptions will be conducted on Fortress website/App.

6. After redeeming the gift online, members can either pick it up from Fortress physical stores or arrange delivery at additional charge specified by us.

7. Members need to pick up the redemption order at Fortress physical store or arrange delivery within 7 days from the designated date of collection. Item(s) would be transferred back to warehouse if the order are not picked up within 7 days and $50 administrative fee will be incurred. Orders that are not picked up within 14 days from the collection date will be cancelled and redeemed i-Coins will not be returned and could not exchange for other products.

8. Fortress reserves the right to change the gift list any time.

9. In case of disputes, Fortress reserves the right of final decision.

Additional Terms & Conditions for “Coupon” Redemption

1. Each coupon is applicable to Fortress/ MoneyBack members only. 
2. Members must fulfil 3 requirements to redeem a gift: (1) accumulate the corresponding number of i-Coin; (2) Accumulate 2 purchase records; (3) make 2 purchases of HK$1,000. NO gift redemption is allowed for members who have fewer than 2 purchase records or have not made 2 purchases of HK$1,000, even with sufficient i-Coin. 
3. Each member can only redeem one gift/ coupon once each tier. All gifts/ coupons are limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
4. The offer must be redeemed using a specified number of i-Coins, and once redeemed, the i-Coins are non-refundable.
5. Upon redeeming the coupon from Fortress Website/ App, you will receive a coupon redemption code via your MoneyBack member account email. Each coupon is valid for use within 30 days after receiving the email and will be automatically canceled after the expiration date without further notice. 
6. The holder of the coupon redemption code must keep the code secure. If it is lost or stolen, Fortress will not be liable. If the redemption code malfunctions due to reasons not caused by the holder's negligence, and the holder notifies Fortress within the validity period of the code, Fortress will decide at its discretion whether to reissue the code.
7. Each coupon is only valid on the Fortress eShop and only applicable for purchases of specified amounts on the Fortress online store for the designated brand products redeemed by the customer; it cannot be used to purchase products from other brands. 
8. The coupon redemption code must be used at checkout; late submissions will not be accepted.
9. Each coupon is only valid for a single product transaction. 
10. Each coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or other gift vouchers; the holder will not receive cash or any form of change.
11. Each coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
12. Each coupon can only be used once.
13. Used coupon will not be refunded upon return, and any related i-Coins will also not be refunded or exchanged for other products.
14. Product purchased using coupons are subject to Fortress's refund and exchange policies.
15. Product purchased using coupons will be governed by Fortress's shopping terms and conditions
16. Fortress reserves the right to change or cancel the offer and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. For any inquiries, please contact Fortress Customer Service.
17. In case of disputes, Fortress reserves the final decision.
18. In the event of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of the terms, the Chinese version shall prevail.
