【Fortress Buy and earn i-Coin, Craziest Giveaway Ever】Promotion Terms and Conditions

Fortress i-Coin is a member e-stamp promotion launched by Fortress. Eligible members earn Fortress i-Coin from purchases and redeem them for gifts or vouchers.

Earning i-Coin – Notes

1. The i-Coin earning period of "Fortress i-Coin · Earn Easily · Pick Your Trendy Rewards" (Fortress i-Coin hereinafter "i-Coin") runs from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027.
2. "Eligible Member": Only Fortress or MoneyBack App members are eligible to earn i-Coin for gift/voucher redemption.
3. Newly joined Fortress or MoneyBack App members may participate immediately by becoming a member before checkout and providing the member number (starting with '500') to the cashier.
4. Eligible members may earn i-Coin on purchases made at physical stores or online.
5. For in-store purchases, eligible members must present the member card QR code in the Fortress App or MoneyBack App to collect MoneyBack points in order to earn i-Coin at the same time. For online purchases, i-Coin will be credited automatically.
6. After in-store purchases, basic i-Coin will be credited to the member account within 2 days. For online purchases, i-Coin will be credited within 5 days after pickup or delivery. Additional i-Coin from individual product promotions will be credited within 7 days after purchase.
7. If a member pays in instalments (e.g. deposit first), Fortress will first issue i-Coin based on the deposit and issue the remaining i-Coin upon final payment.
8. Per single invoice: every HK$500 net spend on regular products earns 1 i-Coin, HK$1,000 earns 2 i-Coins (MOP500 = 1 i-Coin in Macau); every HK$1,000 net spend on Apple products earns 1 i-Coin, HK$2,000 earns 2 i-Coins (MOP1,000 = 1 i-Coin in Macau), and so on.
9. No i-Coin will be issued for the following: Alipay/Octopus top-up services, plastic bag environmental levy, purchase of cash vouchers, prepaid phone cards, delivery fees and similar service fees, and purchases at 3HK @ Fortress shop-in-shop (except certain monthly plans).
10. Each member may only earn i-Coin under one member account.
11. Members can log in to the Fortress website/App to check their i-Coin balance.
12. The i-Coin balance held by members is determined by records in the Fortress computer system.
13. Once an order is cancelled, the i-Coin earned will also be cancelled.
14. For returns, the i-Coin earned from that transaction must be returned. Failure to return i-Coin will be treated as an incomplete return. If i-Coin has been redeemed and cannot be returned, Fortress will deduct HK$40 per i-Coin from the refund.
15. i-Coin is non-transferable between members.
16. i-Coin accumulated during the promotion period will be cleared after the gift redemption period ends and cannot be carried over to the next i-Coin campaign.

Redemption – Notes

1. The gift redemption period of "Fortress i-Coin · Earn Easily · Pick Your Trendy Rewards" runs from 8 July 2026 to 7 July 2027.
2. Members must accumulate 2 separate transactions at Fortress online or in-store, each with a single spend of HK$1,000, and have enough i-Coin to redeem a gift/voucher.
3. Each member may redeem only one gift/voucher per tier. All gifts/vouchers are limited and available while stocks last.

4. Once redeemed, gifts/vouchers cannot be cancelled or exchanged, and i-Coin cannot be refunded.
5. All redemptions are conducted via the Fortress website/App.
6. After redeeming on the website/App, members may choose in-store pickup or delivery (additional fees apply).
7. Fortress, a member of A.S. Watson Retail (HK) Ltd. ("Fortress"), reserves the right to change gifts/vouchers at any time.
8. In case of any dispute, Fortress reserves the right of final decision.
9. In case of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms, the Chinese version shall prevail.
