Fortress CleanEasy is provided in partnership with Johnson Group, a company with over 70 years of professional cleaning and disinfection experience. From enquiry and booking to on-site service, our dedicated team provides end-to-end support throughout the service journey.

Our technicians use professional equipment, including Miele medical-grade allergen vacuum cleaners, Karcher® steam cleaners, EPA-certified cleaning agents, and anti-mould coatings to tackle mould, bacteria, grease and unwanted odours.

All services follow a standardized process, including pre-service inspection, deep cleaning, disinfection and post-service operational testing, giving customers greater peace of mind.

We use SmellGREEN® plant-based disinfectant (EPA certified), which delivers up to 99.999% (5-log) sanitization performance. Its gentle formulation is suitable for households with children and pets.

The product effectively removes bacteria, mould and odours while minimizing environmental impact.

For air conditioners and dehumidifiers, we also apply AerisGuard™ anti-mould coating (EPA certified) after cleaning, providing up to 12 months of mould protection.

Most professional cleaning services take approximately 1 to 3 hours, depending on the appliance type, quantity and level of contamination.

For whole-home air conditioner cleaning or kitchen deep cleaning services, our team will provide a more accurate time estimate before work begins.

Water dripping is commonly caused by a blocked drain hole or drainage pipe.

In most cases, our professional cleaning and drainage system flushing can help improve the problem. Please note that repairs, parts replacement, air conditioner reinstallation or drainage pipe replacement are outside the scope of this cleaning service.

Before work begins, our technicians will implement protective measures to safeguard the surrounding area.

Any grease, wastewater and general cleaning waste generated during the service will be collected and properly disposed of, helping to keep your home clean and protected.

Customers are encouraged to inspect the cleaning results and equipment operation upon service completion.

Our technicians will conduct basic operational checks before and after cleaning and record relevant service data. If you experience water dripping, abnormal noise or other issues directly related to the cleaning service within three days of service completion, please contact us for follow-up support.

If our technicians identify existing faults, installation issues or conditions unsuitable for cleaning before work begins, we will inform the customer in advance. In appropriate cases, services may be suspended and a refund arranged, with customers advised to seek assistance from a qualified repair service provider.

Fortress CleanEasy uses professional equipment and standardized cleaning procedures. The service focuses on accessible and cleanable parts of the appliance and generally does not involve installation work, modifications to the product structure, electrical system or core components.

If your appliance is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we recommend checking the applicable warranty terms and conditions with the relevant brand before the service.

Fortress CleanEasy offers cleaning for air conditioners, washing machines and dryers, refrigerators, cooker hoods, dishwashers, ovens and dehumidifiers, as well as kitchen cleaning packages. You can enquire about and purchase the service through Fortress, with on-site cleaning carried out by Johnson Group’s professional team. Eligible models and the exact service scope are subject to the terms and booking confirmation.

Filter care and internal cleaning need to be considered separately. EMSD’s energy-saving guidelines recommend cleaning or replacing the filters when the weather turns hot, then cleaning them every two weeks. Follow your model’s manual for the correct method. Professional cleaning depends on usage, dust build-up and odours. If odours or weak airflow persist after filter cleaning, contact the service team for advice. The two-week guidance does not mean the entire air conditioner needs professional cleaning every two weeks.

Filter cleaning is part of routine maintenance, but it does not cover the cooling coil, accessible fan-related areas or other internal areas. Before using the unit again, clean the filters according to the manual and check for odours, dust and airflow issues. If problems persist after routine cleaning, ask whether further cleaning would be appropriate. Fortress CleanEasy cleans suitable areas within the agreed scope and tests operation afterwards. Parts that can be removed and cleaned are subject to the terms and booking confirmation.

Fortress CleanEasy’s standard cleaning fee is HK$700 for a window-type air conditioner and HK$900 for a split-type unit. The cleaning scope is subject to the terms and booking confirmation. Extra charges may apply if equipment needs to be carried up stairs without lift access or if the address is in a remote area. When booking, provide your air conditioner type and service address to check the applicable service and fees.

Within the agreed scope, Fortress CleanEasy cleans suitable removable parts and accessible areas of the cooker hood, removes grease build-up, and carries out high-temperature steam cleaning and disinfection. The hood is then reassembled and its extraction function tested. The standard fee is HK$1,000. Parts that can be removed and cleaned are subject to the terms and booking confirmation. Motor or exhaust-system repairs are not included, and heavy grease deposits that have built up over time may not be fully restored to their original condition.

You can enquire about Fortress CleanEasy’s oven cleaning service, which has a standard fee of HK$1,000. Within the agreed scope, the service covers the oven door glass, cavity and suitable removable parts such as racks, trays and supports, followed by heating and operation tests. Provide your model number when booking to confirm eligibility. Heavy deposits, discolouration or material deterioration may not be fully restored to their original condition. Fault repairs are not included.

Prioritise appliances according to how often you use them, dirt build-up and odours. If you cook frequently, start by checking the cooker hood filters and grease deposits, along with food residue inside the oven. Check air conditioner filters and air outlets, and the washing machine’s detergent drawer, door seal and drum. You can clean safely accessible areas yourself according to the manual. If stubborn dirt or odours are difficult to remove, enquire about a suitable professional cleaning service.

Contact a Fortress product specialist through Chat & Buy or WhatsApp to enquire about the service and available appointments. Once the service is confirmed, the specialist will send a payment link so you can pay online and confirm your booking. You can also enquire and pay at a Fortress store. The cleaning team will contact you the day before the service to confirm the address and service date, then visit as arranged.

Extra charges apply in some cases. If a lift cannot be used to transport equipment, the stair-carrying charge is HK$100 per floor, with up to 24 steps counted as one floor. An additional HK$500 applies above the fifth floor without lift access. The surcharge is HK$400 per service for Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung and nearby areas, or HK$800 per service for Mui Wo, South Lantau (including Cheung Sha, Shek Pik and Tai O) and nearby areas. Provide your address when booking to check the charges. The service team will notify you of and collect all applicable surcharges the day before the service.
