Am I eligible for the offer?
This promotional offer is only applicable to residents of designated estates in the "Eligible Estates List". Customers must use the delivery service, and the final delivery address must be a designated eligible estate and building to enjoy the relevant offer. (Store pickup is not applicable)
How to use the offer?
Simply add eligible products to the shopping cart and enter the exclusive Promo Code at the eShop checkout page. The system will automatically deduct the discount amount. Please note that the promo code must be entered and applied before checkout payment. It will not be accepted after order confirmation.
Are there delivery address restrictions?
Yes. As this is an exclusive move-in offer, your eShop order delivery address must exactly match the latest published "Eligible Estates List" to successfully enjoy the discount and arrange delivery. Fortress also reserves the right to request relevant proof of address from customers for verification at any time.
Can I use multiple promo codes at the same time?
Only one promo code can be used per order. If you wish to purchase multiple combos at the same time (e.g., buying both a home appliance combo and an air conditioner combo), you need to place separate orders and apply their respective promo codes.
What happens if my order fails address verification?
If the delivery address does not match the eligible estates list, the system will not be able to arrange delivery for you. Fortress will cancel the order and refund the amount to your original payment method. The refund process generally takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the card-issuing bank.

- The offer quota is limited, first-come, first-served, while stocks last.
- Promo codes must be entered and applied before checkout payment. They will not be accepted after order confirmation.
- Each account can only enjoy each promo code once.
- To enjoy the "Move-in Gift Pack" discount offer, you must purchase 2 or more eligible items and reach the designated spending threshold.
