This offer is exclusively designed for residents of estates listed in the "Eligible Estates List". Customers must opt for delivery service, and the delivery address must match a designated eligible estate and building to enjoy the offer. (Store pickup is not applicable).
How do I apply the offer?
Add the eligible products to your cart and enter the dedicated promo code at the checkout page. The discount will be applied automatically to your order. Please note that the promo code must be applied before checkout payment; retrospective claims after order confirmation will not be accepted.
Are there restrictions on the delivery address?
Yes. Since this is a dedicated move-in offer, the delivery address must strictly match the updated "Eligible Estates List". Fortress reserves the right to request relevant proof of address for verification.
Can I combine multiple Promo Codes in one order?
Each order can only use one promo code. If you wish to purchase multiple combos (e.g., both the appliance combo and the air conditioner combo), you will need to place separate orders and apply the respective promo codes individually.
What happens if my order fails the address verification?
If the delivery address does not match the eligible estate list, the system will not arrange delivery. Fortress will cancel the order, and the payment will be refunded to your original payment method. The refund process generally takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the card-issuing bank.
Terms & Conditions (T&C)
- This promotion is only applicable to residents of designated estates listed in the "Eligible Estates List".
- Customers must use the delivery service, and the final delivery address must match a designated eligible estate and building to enjoy the offer. Store pickup is not permitted.
- Offers are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
- The promo code must be applied before checkout payment; retrospective claims after order confirmation will not be accepted.
- To enjoy the "Welcome Gift Pack" discount, you must purchase 2 or more eligible items and reach the specified spending threshold.
- If the customer's delivery address fails to pass the eligibility verification, the order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued. Fortress will not bear any liability for such cancellations.
- Fortress reserves the right to request relevant proof of address for verification and holds final verification rights for all related orders.
- In case of any dispute, Fortress reserves the right of final decision.
