• Personal Care & Beauty products include: Hair Dryer, Electric Shaver, Lady Shaver and Epilator, Sonic Cleanser, Beauty Device, Hair Straightener and Hair Curler. Not applicable to Hair Growth Device, Shaving Head and accessories.
• Headphones & Wireless Speakers include: Cabled Earphone, Wireless Earphone, Headphone, Sports Earphones, Wireless Speaker, Bluetooth Speaker and WiFi Speaker.
• Suitcases include: Suitcase, Smart Suitcase and Suitcase Set. Not applicable to other travel accessories. "BTSLUG40" is available to overseas students only.

Promo codes and spend thresholds

• The offer applies only to a single transaction confirmed immediately at the Fortress eShop that reaches the specified spend. The discount is calculated per transaction, and the specified spend is based on the net product value before delivery charges and other fees.
• Orders using "EDUPC300" must reach HK$8,000 on eligible products, with a discount cap of HK$300.
• Orders using "BTSAV60" must reach HK$1,000 on eligible products, with a discount cap of HK$60.
• Orders using "BTSHB60" must reach HK$1,000 on eligible products, with a discount cap of HK$60.
• Orders using "BTSHA40" must reach HK$600 on eligible products, with a discount cap of HK$40.
• Orders using "BTSLUG40" must reach HK$600 on eligible products, with a discount cap of HK$40, and the code is available to overseas students only.
• "STUDENTEW" gives 10% off the regular price of Local Extended Warranty Service purchased at the Fortress eShop, with no minimum spend and no discount cap, limited to 100 quotas (a separate allocation from the other promo codes). It applies to all brands including Apple, and is not applicable to Overseas Extended Warranty.

General terms

• The promo code must be entered before online payment and cannot be applied retroactively.
• Each Fortress eShop account may use each promo code once only. Only one promo code may be used per transaction, and it cannot be used together with other Fortress eShop gift vouchers, the student welcome eCoupon or any other promo code.
• Promo codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or change.
• Each offer is limited to 100 quotas, on a first come first served basis while stocks last.
• If an order is cancelled, refunded or returned, the promo code used will not be reissued, and the refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid after the discount.
• Fortress reserves the right to amend or terminate this offer and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
• In case of any dispute, Fortress reserves the right of final decision.

Overseas Extended Warranty

• Overseas Extended Warranty must be arranged in person at a Fortress physical store within 180 days of the invoice date of a designated-brand notebook (Apple, Asus, Dell, Hewlett Packard, Lenovo and Samsung). Proof of purchase is required.
• Coverage includes the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Australia only.
• Promo code "STUDENTEW" is not applicable to Overseas Extended Warranty.
