How to Pre-order	Invited selected members will receive the event details on or before 11 September via MoneyBack mobile App push notification, Fortress mobile App push notification and email. Please note the exclusive pre-order time slot assigned to you in the notification. The daily pre-order start times are as follows: 12 September: starting from 8:00 PM 13 to 16 September: starting from 10:00 AM daily The queue function will open 10 minutes before the daily pre-order time. Pre-order Models	New iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max
Pre-order Quota	Pre-order quota is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The quota will be updated at the start of pre-order each day.
Purchase Notes	Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, and the products cannot be returned or exchanged. Each eligible member may purchase one iPhone 18 Pro or iPhone 18 Pro Max.
Pickup Notes	Pickup is available only at 22 designated stores. The earliest pickup date is 18 September (the actual selectable date is subject to what is displayed on the checkout page). [Click here to view designated stores] The phone must be unboxed and activated on the spot at the store during pickup. Please enter the recipient's full name when placing the order. At pickup, we will ask the customer to present proof of identity for verification. After the order is confirmed, the customer will receive a pickup code via the order confirmation email or within the order record. Please present both the eShop pickup code and proof of identity at pickup.
