From September 2 to 9, 2025, the first 500 customers who spend $500 or more on designated haha TRAVEL or MOMAX mobile accessories at the online store or in-store will qualify for a New Phone Fast Pass, granting priority to participate in the first pre-order round and be among the first to purchase the New Phone!

Purchase Process for New Phone

1. Register as an MoneyBack member.
2. Meet the specified spending conditions during the promotion period.
3. Eligible members will receive a notification via the MoneyBack mobile app starting from September 10. Customers can also check the message in the "Inbox" located at the top right corner of the app's homepage.
4. After receiving the notification, follow its instructions to purchase the New Phone on the Fortress online store during the designated first pre-order round.

• New Phone Fast Pass promotion period is from September 2 to September 9.
• Eligible users with a Fast Pass can prioritize purchasing the New Phone during the first round of pre-orders on Fortress's online store.
• Users must spend a specified amount in a single order and purchase designated products during the promotion period to obtain a Fast Pass. Holding a Fast Pass only grants eligible MoneyBack members the opportunity to prioritize purchasing during the first pre-order round on Fortress's online store.
• Fast Pass quantities are limited, available on a first-come, first-served basis, and subject to availability.
• All designated products used to obtain a Fast Pass are non-refunded. Even if a Fast Pass is not successfully obtained, the related products are non-refunded.
• The number of Fast Pass holders may exceed the quantity of New Phones available during the first pre-order round, so not every Fast Pass holder is guaranteed to successfully order a New Phone or their preferred model. Pickup dates will depend on each store's pickup quota.
• The first pre-order round is ultimately determined by Fortress, which reserves the right to extend or end it early. After the first pre-order round, ordering will be open to other users.
• New Phone refers to one or more models of a specific brand, with different colors or storage capacities. Detailed information will be provided starting from September 10, 2025, at the earliest.
• Fortress will notify eligible MoneyBack members about Fast Pass event details via push notifications through the mobile app. Please enable the relevant settings on your phone in advance to ensure you receive the message. If no notification is received by 10 AM on the first pre-order day, it means the user has not successfully obtained a Fast Pass.
• New Phone is available for in-store pickup only, and the phone must be unboxed and activated on the spot. Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled or modified, and products are non-refunded or exchangeable.
• New Phone quantities are limited, available on a first-come, first-served basis, and subject to availability.
• Fortress reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and retains the final decision-making authority.
