Wellness Pet Health CORE Grain-Free Adult Dog Hypoallergenic Classic Delicious Recipe meets the nutritional standards for dog food set by the American Association of Feed Control Officials (AAFCO).
Suggested Feeding Amount
This recipe is suitable for adult dogs, dogs over one year old that are still like puppies and not breeding, pregnant or lactating female dogs with special nutritional needs. It is important to gradually transition puppies from their current diet to the Wellness Pet Health recipe, as their bodies need several days to adjust to the new nutritional content.
When switching brands, gradually mix the new food over 5-7 days, increasing the amount of Wellness Pet Health food each day. After 7 days, you can feed 100% Wellness Pet Health food.
The CORE Grain-Free series is highly palatable, so your dog may eat more. Observe first to see if you need to adjust the regular feeding pattern. Always provide your dog with clean, cool water and supplement with Wellness Pet Health CORE Grain-Free canned food whenever possible to increase your dog's water intake. Nutrition is only one part of the diet! Be sure to give your puppy plenty of love, ample exercise, and regular veterinary visits to help ensure overall health.
