this machine was to replace my 6year-old LG washer-dryer. The Samsung is much MUCH MUCH quieter, and it dries faster too. what normally would have taken my LG 3 hours to dry, only takes the Samsung 1 hour to dry. Could not be happier with this machine!

簡單得嚟有點複雜,洗得乾淨,脱水也夠乾,乾衣的效果都算理想,就是有些程序時間有点長.

Impossible to get any customer support from Fortress. I have been calling and messaging for 5 days and have no functioning washing machine now
