1. For items delivered by our company, such as sofas, dining tables and chairs, footstools and cushions, we will call customers 1–2 working days before delivery to confirm the delivery time. If we are unable to contact the customer by 6:00 p.m. on the working day before the scheduled delivery date, delivery will be rescheduled to the next delivery day for the relevant district: Kowloon — Mondays and Thursdays; Hong Kong Island — Tuesdays and Saturdays; New Territories — Wednesdays and Fridays.

2. Once the goods have been inspected and accepted by the customer, the company will not be responsible for any subsequent requests for supplementary items or replacements.

3. Customers must provide the company with the dimensions of their main entrance and doorways. Once a purchase has been confirmed, the company will not be held responsible if the goods cannot be brought into the premises due to access restrictions within the customer's residence or the surrounding area.

4. Complimentary installation is provided only at the time of delivery. An additional charge will apply if the customer requests installation on a different date.

5. If delivery requires carrying goods up or down stairs, an additional charge will apply per item, per floor, with every eight steps counted as one floor. Please contact our Delivery Department for details.

6. The company's maximum aggregate liability for any legal liability arising during delivery shall be limited to HK$100.

7. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for all other applicable terms. By providing and confirming your personal data, you consent to the company's use, access, transfer, storage and processing of your personal data for its internal operations.

8. Goods cannot be returned.
