How to wear:

To function as a lumbar support, wrap it around the lumbar spine. Adjust the position by conforming the curves of the four cartilages to the waist.

① While holding the lumbar support with your left hand, slightly stretch the Velcro tip of the outer waistband with your right hand.

② Secure the Velcro of the outer waistband and put on the lumbar support.

③ Stretch the inner double stretchable rubber waistband along the waist and secure it to the main lumbar support. This helps stabilize the lumbar spine and back, allowing them to rest properly.

④ Finally, check if the lumbar support belt is too tight or doesn't fit properly, and make minor adjustments.

Precautions for Use

● Do not use this product if you have wounds, abscesses, eczema, or other abnormal symptoms.

● Do not use this product immediately after a fracture, sprain, or ligament injury.

● Do not use this product if you have atopic dermatitis or are allergic to rubber.

● If you experience pain, contact dermatitis, itching, or any other abnormal symptoms, or if any problems occur, discontinue use immediately and follow the instructions of a specialist.

● Do not use during pregnancy.

● Do not use for any purpose other than the intended use of this product.

● It is recommended to wear the lumbar support belt under close-fitting clothing.

● Do not overtighten the lumbar support belt.
