How to Wear:

1. Fold the upper part of the Sorbo knee pad outwards from top to bottom.

2. To make it easier to put your foot on, fold it down to the bottom of the knee pad.

3. Slowly slip your foot onto the knee pad and adjust the pad to fit the kneecap.

4. Smooth out the folded portion, ensuring it is wrinkle-free and free of looseness.

※The elastic mesh is delicate; do not stretch it excessively.
