 Hold the spout where it meets the bag and twist the cap counterclockwise to open.
 Using both hands, gently press the bag to create a smooth, dense paste.

 If feeding in separate portions, cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 3 days.

 For subsequent feedings, remove from the freezer and defrost for 10 minutes, or heat the bag in a water bath for 3 minutes.
