1. The company will send a text message to the customer three working days before delivery to confirm the delivery time. If the delivery time needs to be changed, please contact the delivery department before 6:00 PM on the same day the text message is received. If no change request is made within the specified time, it will be considered that the customer has confirmed the original scheduled delivery time. The company allows one free change of the delivery date; if the customer requests a second change, an administrative fee of $250 must be paid.
2. Leather is natural material, slightly grain variations and skin scars are normal. Leather seat surface will become wrinkled and loosen after used. It is a normal condition for a leather sofa.
3. The color of natural leather with grain variations will be reflected differently under different light color and brightness (lumens). The color of natural leather and PVC are slightly different.
4. For delivery location which required our workers to walk up by steps (eight steps as one storey), we will have extra service charge per item per storey. For enquiries, please contact our delivery hotline (852) 2697 1831.
5. In no event will our company be legally liable to any party for more than the total of HK$100.
