1. If product(s) are broken or wrongly sent upon arrival, please contact us within 15 days and send us related product(s) information and photos. 2. Product(s) could not be returned under the reason of owners' or pets' preferences nor flavor matters. 3. Pet Pet Home has the right to refuse any unreasonable product exchange/ return claims. 4. All products in the "Recent specials sale product Zone" have been marked with expiration dates, so refunds and exchanges are not accepted. 6. If the damage is caused by the customer, the company reserves the right to refuse replacement. 7. Pet Pet Home reserved all final rights. Delivery Information: 1. We offer free delivery to Hong Kong addresses on orders consisting entirely of regularly priced items totaling HKD$300 or more, except for remote areas and outlying islands (see below). If your order does not meet the required minimum for free delivery, a flat shipping fee of HK$70 will be charged. (Excluding all veterinary prescription food, veterinary supplies and Recent specials sale product) For remote areas, please refer to the following designated amount to enjoy free delivery service: • Discovery Bay, Mui Wo (HKD$1000 and over) • Park Island (HKD$800 and over) • Tung Chung (HKD$600 and over) • Shek O/Stanley (HKD$800 and over) • (*) Other remote areas to be discussed separately 2. If you only order veterinary prescription food/supplies or Recent specials sale product, you must be at least order HKD800 to have free delivery service - Veterinary products are delivered on behalf of clinics. The order is expected to be 3 working days 3. If the customer entrusts the delivery driver to put the goods at the door of the address or the management office for collection, the customer is responsible for the risk of loss or damage to the goods. 4. If you need to ship, an additional shipping fee will be charged 5. Our shop temporarily does not provide delivery service to regions outside Hong Kong. 6. Customers can use the online shopping cart, WhatsApp 52056800 or directly call us 52056800 to order goods. 7. Within 24 hours after the order is submitted, there will be someone WhatsApp to confirm and arrange the delivery. (Reply time is generally 10 am to 7 pm) 8. In the case of no shortage, it will be completed within 3 working days from order placement to home delivery! 9. The delivery person will contact the customer to ensure that someone receives the goods before arriving. If the recipient cannot be contacted, another delivery time may be required. Therefore, the customer is requested to ensure that there is someone at the receiving location during the appointment time. 10. In the event of heavy rain, the delivery staff will ensure the safety of the goods, and the delivery time may be delayed. 11. In the event of typhoon signal No. 8 or black rainstorm warning, the delivery service will be postponed, and the waiter will call the customer to change the delivery time. 12.Free delivery service is only limited to ground delivery or buildings with direct elevator access on flat ground. If stairs are required to the delivery location, there will be additional delivery fee. (The basic charge is calculated at HK$15 per floor (every two small packages/one large package). The actual charge will be based on the weight of the product. The relevant charge will be notified when the order is confirmed)
