How to Use: Cloth side up, check left and right, and insert into the shoe.

Please remove the original shoe insole first.

If the insole is larger than the shoe, trim off the excess with scissors.

If there are stains, gently wash with soapy water, then air dry in the shade.

Because SORBOTHANE is a viscoelastic compound, the insole will be slightly sticky.

Some polyurethane foam may be attached to the SORBOTHANE area, but this will not affect its use.
