Adult dogs can be fed once or twice daily, according to your preference. For puppies 6 months or younger, it is recommended to divide the total daily food intake into 3 meals; puppies 6 to 12 months old can be divided into 2 meals. For younger puppies, it is recommended to start with the maximum portion recommended on the packaging and gradually reduce the amount as the puppy grows, based on its actual needs.
Mother dogs need 50% more food during the last 3 weeks of pregnancy; during lactation, their food intake is twice the normal amount, and they should be fed 3 to 4 times a day.
