Size Selection Method:

Measure the widest part of your forearm. (If the measurement applies to both sizes, please select the larger size.)

Usage Instructions:

1. First, confirm the inner, outer, and top/bottom positions of the elbow brace.

2. Slip the elbow brace onto your forearm, ensuring the pressure pad is secured approximately 4-5 cm from the pain points on the inner and outer sides of the elbow. When tightening, pull the pressure strap from the inner side of the elbow towards the outer side for stability.

3. Make a light fist; you should feel a slight pressure after wearing it.

※Avoid painful areas when using.

※Do not overtighten the straps.

●Start using for 2-3 hours a day initially, and then gradually increase the time.

●Do not bend or rub SORBOTHANE, as this will damage the product.

●Do not use this product if you experience skin abnormalities such as allergies to rubber or other substances.

●If you experience abnormal symptoms such as pain, rash, contact dermatitis, bruising, itching, or numbness, please discontinue use and follow the instructions of a specialist. Continued use may worsen the condition.
