● How to Use

When putting on, ensure the Sorbo toe pads are held between the big toe and second toe. Adjust the position so the Sorbo midfoot pads cover the entire foot from the big toe joint. Then secure the pads with Velcro.

Instructions for Use

1. Slip your foot into the pads, ensuring the Sorbo intertoe pads fit snugly between the big toe and second toe.

2. Adjust the position of the Sorbo midfoot pads to cover the entire foot from the base of the big toe to the sole.

3. Use the Velcro on the instep to tighten the midfoot joint and secure it firmly.

4. Please ensure the pads are not twisted or misaligned.

※Please note: Do not make them too loose or too tight.

5. Wearing socks will provide greater stability and reduce the chance of misalignment.

●Please confirm the inner and outer positions and left and right orientation of the cover before use.

●To avoid damaging the function of this product, please wear it correctly.

●Do not use while sleeping.

●If using outdoors with shoes, please choose loose-fitting, low-heeled shoes that will not compress your feet.

●Start using for 2-3 hours a day initially, and then gradually increase the time.
