Will someone contact me after placing the order?
A representative will contact you via WhatsApp within 24 hours after submitting the order to confirm and arrange the delivery details (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
How many days does it take for the order to be delivered?
If there is no stock shortage, the order will be delivered to your doorstep within 3 working days after placing the order!
Will deliveries be made during severe weather?
In case of heavy rain, delivery times may be delayed to ensure the safety of the goods.
If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, delivery services will be postponed. Our staff will contact the customer to reschedule the delivery time.
Will there be any additional charges for delivery?
Free delivery service is only available for ground-level handovers or buildings with elevators providing direct access. An additional delivery fee will apply if staircases are involved.
(The basic charge is HK$15 per item per floor, and the actual charge will depend on the weight of the goods. The fee will be communicated upon order confirmation.)
