Where can I get a lost product manual?
You can find the PDF files of the instruction manuals for the corresponding brands (such as Primada, Prologic, Prologic Robotics, Morphy Richards, etc.) on the "Product Manual Download" page of the iPlushome website; you can also contact customer service via WhatsApp (+852 5315 4158) or hotline (+852 2365 0655).
How can I to leave a review after receiving the goods?
You can choose the products that you need to leave a review for in the email or order records, within 14 days after the order status displays 'Completed'. However, if the product you purchased has been discontinued, you will not be able to leave a product review.
