How many days will it take to receive my order after placing it?
Orders will be shipped within 5 working days after payment is confirmed (working days are Monday to Friday; Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded). The actual delivery time may vary depending on the logistics company’s arrangement and the delivery location.
Are the products brand new and supplied as Hong Kong authorized products?
All products are supplied according to the product condition, warranty type and authorized product status stated on the Fortress product page. Display, open-box, refurbished or other special-condition products will be clearly specified where applicable.
Do you provide after-sales or warranty service?
Products include original manufacturer warranty. Please refer to the warranty information on the product page.
What should I do if I want to exchange the size or style?
Once an order is confirmed, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted.
Can you deliver to overseas or locations outside Hong Kong / Macau?
No, delivery is only available within Hong Kong and Macau.

Inventory displayed on the product page is updated regularly. In case of out-of-stock or delivery delay, customers will be notified via email or WhatsApp.
