How much is the shipping fee, and how can I get free shipping?
Free shipping via SF Express is provided for orders of HK$300 or above. For orders under HK$300, a HK$30 delivery fee will be charged. Additional charges apply for remote areas or stairs (e.g., HK$50 per floor for walk-ups).
Where do you deliver, and how long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories (excluding restricted areas, construction sites, etc.). Outlying Islands, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay require separate quotations. Confirmed orders will be delivered within 7 working days.
What should I do if I receive a defective item, and can I get a refund?
Returns and refunds are not accepted for non-quality issues. If you encounter quality defects, please contact us within the warranty period via email (info@sunshinelights.com), phone ((852) 2402 1920), or WhatsApp (9723 4541) with your order number and photos. Exchange is limited to once per order, and items must be returned prepaid in their original packaging.
