2: If you need installation service, please select installation service on the product page.

3: Standard Removal Service does not include the dismantling of the used units. If you need dismantling service and collection of old window air conditioners on the same day of installation, please select "Fortress Same-day Waste Appliance Collection Service".

4: If you have selected Installation Service, we will notify you of the installation date by email about 1-2 working days after receiving your order. Product delivery and installation dates may be different.

5: After receiving the product, please do not open the package box. We suggest you wait until technician's on-site visit to open it. Product liability will however be borne by customer in the case that the package box was opened other than by installation technicians.

6: Additional installation charges will be collected by installation staff in cash (if applicable). Please refer to the following price list:
