4. Receive email confirmation
Easy Replacement T&Cs will be sent via email. Please keep it in case you need to proceed with a replacement.
If the product occurs electrical and mechanical failures, please follow the below steps for replacement.
1. Visit any Fortress store Please bring along with the product and receipt to any Fortress store. |
2. Inspection by Fortress Representative The Fortress representative will review the documents and products. If the item falls within the warranty coverage, it will be replaced according to the warranty terms. |
3. Choose replacement product If the product failures are confirmed by electrical and mechanical reasons, you may exchange or upgrade the model with replacement value. |

2. Arrange supplier technician for onsite inspection CS officer may request an onsite inspection by supplier technician. (Fortress will cover the inspection fee, but there may be a requirement for the customer to pay the fee in advance.) |
