(Replacement Value is limited to 70% of the purchase price of purchased product.)

Parallel imported Products will receive a full replacement value of 100% of the purchase price of purchased product.
(It is applicable to Easy Replacement Plan purchased in retail stores.)

Instead of waiting at a repair center, you can visit any nearby FORTRESS store for product replacement.
Easy Replacement offers 12-month extended warranty period after original warranty period.
Example: A customer purchases a steam oven with a 1-year original warranty period and adds Easy Replacement, which extends the warranty by an additional year. The warranty details are as follows:

Easy Replacement warranty period ends or Product replacement have been arranged.
1. Choose Easy Replacement Plan
Add Easy Replacement plan together with the product to the shopping cart.
2. Agree and accept Easy Replacement T&Cs.

3. Fill in personal information
Provide personal information and checkout, to complete the order.
4. Receive email confirmation
Easy Replacement T&Cs will be sent via email. Please keep it in case you need to proceed with a replacement.
If the product occurs electrical and mechanical failures, please follow the below steps for replacement.
Personal electronic and small appliance
1. Visit any FORTRESS store
Please bring along with the product and receipt to any FORTRESS store.
FORTRESS representative will check the product and confirm the reason of product failures.
3. Choose replacement product
If the product failures are confirmed by electrical and mechanical reasons, you may exchange or upgrade the model with replacement value.

2. Arrange supplier technician for onsite inspection
CS officer may request an onsite inspection by supplier technician. (FORTRESS will cover the inspection fee, but there may be a requirement for the customer to pay the fee in advance.)
3.Choose replacement product
If the product failures are confirmed by electrical and mechanical reasons, you may exchange or upgrade the model with replacement value at any Fortress store.
