Delivery Service Additional Charges Table

Additional Delivery for Stairs
A1. Stairs Between Floors (Buildings Without Elevators)
HK$30 per item for each floor increment, while for washing machines / refrigerators / air conditioners and televisions 70 inches or larger, the charge is HK$50 for each floor increment. Examples are as follows:

A2. Continuous Stairs Not Between Floors
The total stairs are calculated by counting every ten steps as one unit. Each item incurs an additional HK$30 per unit, while washing machines / refrigerators / air conditioners and televisions 70 inches or larger incur an additional HK$50 per unit (the first nine steps are not charged).

Remarks:
* If both A1 and A2 occur during the same delivery, both charges apply.
** Two steps or more are considered stairs.
*** The above stair charges do not include spiral stairs within the unit; if this service is needed, the delivery personnel will determine the additional charges based on the actual situation.

Additional Handling Charges Table

| Lifting Goods Over Obstacles | HK$150 (per times) |
Crossing of obstacles envisages situation where it is not possible to directly lift the goods from the ground to the designated placement location or require lifting the goods over obstacles that are more than one foot (30 cm) high, such as toilets, cabinets, etc.
Other
For remote villages or houses where vehicles cannot reach, if the distance to the delivery point exceeds 100 meters or takes more than 3 minutes.

If walking distance to delivery location exceeds 200 meters, the deliverymen will determine additional charges for delivery or disposal of the old appliance based on the actual distance.
Remarks:
The above charges are for a one-way trip (e.g., delivery and disposal of old machines count as two trips).
The goods will not be unpacked or unboxed during delivery (Products will only be unpacked or unboxed for delivery if customers sign on the invoice agreeing to be responsible for any subsequent damages to the unpacked goods)
Deliverymen shall collect additional delivery and disposal fee for used appliances from customers depending on the actual circumstances of delivery.
Fortress reserves the right to amend any of the terms of delivery. In case of any disputes, the decision of Fortress shall be final.
Service scope does not include the following:
1. Dismantling of water pipes, gas pipes, or electrical wires.
2. Moving or dismantling any items in the customer's home.
3. Items that are too large to fit through the customer's residence.
